Bohumil Vojkůvka, Petainer Czech Holdings

Bohumil Vojkůvka has been with Petainer Czech Holdings s.r.o. since 2014 in the position of Logistics Manager and Sales Administration. In his role, he has been focused on the long-term development and modernization of the company’s logistics – from traditional warehouse processes to the implementation of advanced technologies and digitalization. One of the key milestones of his tenure was the construction of a new logistics warehouse spanning 22,000 m², including the selection of suppliers for handling equipment, conveyors, and shelving systems. The project also involved taking over the organization of transportation to customers and establishing a dispatch center. In 2021, he led the automation project for logistics and production processes using autonomous forklifts. Another significant achievement was the creation of the COALO system in 2023 for managing logistics and customer orders, which greatly reduced administrative burdens in both the logistics and sales departments. Moving forward, he is focused on further developing digitalization and increasing the efficiency of logistics processes.
