Jana Zahradníková holds the position of Manager of Brose Transport Management for the European plants of the Brose Group, a global manufacturer of automotive parts. She joined Brose 14 years ago and has held several roles in both plant and central logistics. Under her leadership, the transport management team was formed 9 years ago, and it was a successful 4PL service insourcing project that reduced transportation management costs by half. Today, the BTM team consists of 15 members and annually delivers savings to the company by continuously monitoring customer call-offs, optimizing transport utilization, and overseeing scheduled transportation orders. The goal is to achieve cost savings in transportation for individual Brose plants while maintaining high reliability and accuracy of deliveries.
