Pavel Boháč leads the Pilsen-based technology consulting company Aimtec, which has been guiding manufacturing and logistics companies on their journey toward digitalization and the automation of production, logistics, and the supply chain for more than a quarter of a century. He has been with the company for thirteen years; since 2016, he headed the Advanced Production Planning division, and as of July 2024, he has been at the helm of the entire company. He focuses on innovation, developing collaboration with corporate clients, and expanding the company’s presence in international markets, while maintaining a strong corporate culture as a key element of the company’s identity.
