HR ROUNDTABLE
This year’s congress will once again include a popular roundtable focused on human resources with experts on HR issues in logistics and transport. There are many topics to address and discuss: the shortage of workers, the rising personnel costs associated with the inflation crisis, the need for specialisation in certain professions while at the same time the need to provide some activities with workers with universal skills, the interplay between people and machines, the different view of young employees on their careers and the prospects of companies, etc. The roundtable will be moderated, with short presentations to raise a particular topic and stimulate the ensuing debate.
