Terms and conditions for participant registration

  1. Introductory provisions
    1. These terms and conditions and the complaint procedure (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) of ATOZ Marketing Services spol. s r.o., IČO: 48117706, VAT number: CZ48117706, with registered office at Holečkova 657/29, 150 00 Prague 5 registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 17018 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) govern the rights and obligations during the sale entrance fee for events organized by the Organizer through the online interface.
    2. These Business Terms and Conditions for the purchase of admission fees form an integral part of the contract concluded between the Organizer, as the seller, and the Purchaser of admission fees for the Event through the online interface, and the Buyer, by purchasing the admission fee, simultaneously confirms that he or she has familiarized himself or herself with these Business Terms and Conditions for the purchase of admission fees.
    3. The Organizer sells entrance fees through the website www.eastlog.cz.
    4. Contacting the Organizer means contacting the authorized person at their specific phone number or e-mail, if known, or at the general phone or e-mail listed in the Contacts section.
  2. Subject of the contract
    1. The subject of the contract is the Organizer’s obligation to provide the Buyer with confirmation of registration for the Event chosen by him or her and the Buyer’s obligation to pay the entrance fee.
    2. The contract is concluded upon payment of the entrance fee by the Buyer.
    3. The Organizer undertakes to deliver to the Buyer a confirmation of the registration of the entrance fee without undue delay after payment of the price of the entrance fee, with the understanding that the confirmation of the registration of the entrance fee will only be delivered in electronic form to the e-mail entered by the Buyer when filling out the registration for the event. The Buyer is not entitled to confirmation of the registration of the entrance fee until it has been paid in full.
    4. By delivering confirmation of registration for the Event to the Buyer by the Organizer, all obligations of the Organizer arising from the contract are fulfilled.
  3. Rights and obligations of the contracting parties in relation to the event for which tickets are purchased
    1. By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer undertakes to comply with the rules established by the Organizer of the Event. Furthermore, by purchasing a ticket, the Buyer undertakes to comply with the operating and visiting regulations of the Event venue.
    2. The Organizer of the Event reserves the right to change its program, date and venue. By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer acknowledges this right of the Organizer.
  4. Ticket purchase procedure and payment terms
    1. The price for each entrance fee is indicated for the Event individually. Any additional fees or costs associated with the purchase of the entrance fee are also listed for the Event.
    2. In the case of purchasing an entrance fee via the website www.eastlog.cz, payment for the entrance fee is only possible by credit card, bank transfer, or invoice.
    3. The Organizer is not responsible for any costs incurred by the Buyer in connection with the purchase of the entrance fee resulting from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the bank that issued the Buyer’s payment card, or which maintains the Buyer’s bank account through which the Buyer paid the entrance fee.
    4. The entrance fee is not sent by post, not even by cash on delivery. Delivery is only possible online in electronic form, in the form of confirmation of the registration of the entrance fee by e-mail.
  5. Withdrawal from the contract
    1. Withdrawal from the contract (withdrawal from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons) is not possible, as the performance is provided to a natural person running a business or a legal entity to which this right of withdrawal does not apply.
  6. Claims procedure
    1. The Buyer is entitled to a refund of the entrance fee for the ticket only in the cases listed below and under the conditions listed below.
    2. The Buyer is not entitled to exchange the ticket, unless otherwise agreed with the Organizer.
    3. The Organizer bears no responsibility for the fact that the confirmation of the registration of the entrance fee is not delivered to the Buyer for reasons on the part of the Buyer, in particular for the reasons that it will not be possible to deliver the confirmation of the registration of the entrance fee to the Buyer by e-mail specified by the Buyer (e.g., an overcrowded inbox, spam filter etc.).
    4. In the event that the Buyer has not received the confirmation of registration of the entrance fee within 48 hours after payment of the entrance fee, he or she is obliged to contact the Organizer immediately, but no later than 24 hours from the expiry of the above-mentioned deadline for delivery of the confirmation of registration of the entrance fee, to inform him or her that he or she has not received the confirmation of payment of the registration of the entrance fee. For these purposes, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Organizer of the name, surname, and e-mail address that he or she provided as contact, or identification data when purchasing admission. In the event that the Organizer discovers that the confirmation of the registration of the entrance fee has not actually been delivered to the Buyer, and it is not the case mentioned in the previous paragraph 3 of this complaint procedure, and at the same time the Buyer has notified the Organizer that the confirmation of the registration of the entrance fee has not been delivered to him or her, within the above-mentioned period and the above-mentioned method, the following procedure will be followed:
      1. The Organizer undertakes to send confirmation of the registration of the entrance fee to the Buyer again within 24 hours, but no later than one hour before the Event, to the e-mail entered by the Buyer,
      2. In the event that the Event has already taken place, the Organizer undertakes to return the paid entrance fee to the Buyer, no later than 30 days from the date of the claim by the Buyer.
    5. In the event that the Organizer changes the venue or date of the Event or completely cancels the Event, the Buyer will be notified of this fact. The Organizer is not responsible to the Buyer for the fact that it will not be possible to reach him or her in time through this contact, nor for the fact that the Buyer receives the notification sent on time with a delay.
    6. If the Organizer changes the date of the Event, the Buyer has the right to refund the entrance fee or exchange the entrance fee for a voucher for another Event. The Buyer can exercise this right no later than the 5th (fifth) working day following the original date of the Event and only if the entrance fee has not yet been used. If the Buyer does not exercise his right within the specified period, he or she is considered to be interested in participating in the Event on the changed date. In the event that the date of the Event is changed due to reasons beyond the control of the Organizer due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, decisions of public authorities), the entrance fee remains valid for this changed date and the Buyer has no right to a refund of the entrance fee or an exchange entrance fee.
    7. If the Organizer completely cancels the Event, the Buyer has the right to a refund of the entrance fee or a voucher for the next Event. The right to a refund of the entrance fee or a voucher for another Event can be exercised by the Buyer no later than the 5th (fifth) working day following the date of the Event. If the Buyer does not exercise his or her right within the specified period, the Buyer has the right only to exchange the entrance fee for a voucher for the next Event. In the event that the Event is completely canceled due to reasons beyond the control of the Organizer due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, decisions of public authorities), the Buyer has the right only to exchange the entrance fee for a voucher for the next Event.
    8. The Organizer will refund the entrance fee in the manner described below. In the event that the conditions for refunding the entrance fee according to paragraphs 6 to 7 of this complaint procedure are met, the entrance fee will be returned to the Buyer in the following way:
      1. In the case of an electronic purchase of a ticket via the website www.eastlog.cz, the entrance fee will be refunded via the payment card used to pay the entrance fee, and in the case of payment by bank transfer to the bank account from which the entrance fee was sent,
      2. In the case of a refund of the entrance fee via a voucher for another Event, the Organizer will send a confirmation of the transfer of the entrance fee to the contact e-mail entered by the Buyer when purchasing the entrance fee.
  7. Protection of personal data during purchase
    1. During the sale of tickets, the Organizer processes personal data provided by the Buyer during the purchase of tickets, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
    2. In case of incorrectly entered data (e.g., typo in name or phone number), the Buyer is obliged to contact the Organizer.
  8. Final provisions
    1. If any of the provisions of these Business Terms and Conditions for the purchase of entrance fees should prove to be invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the validity and effectiveness of other provisions of these Business Terms and Conditions for purchase, which are severable from the invalid or ineffective provision.
    2. The Organizer is entitled to change these Terms and Conditions for the purchase of entrance fees at any time.
    3. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions for the purchase of entrance fees and the contractual relationship between the Organizer and the Buyer are governed by Czech law.
