Afternoon section: AI roundtable
This year’s congress will, for the first time, feature a roundtable dedicated to artificial intelligence in logistics and supply chain management. AI is no longer the future—it is a reality that is transforming warehouse operations, transportation, and corporate processes. The discussion will focus not only on specific use cases—from demand forecasting, AI agents, and administrative automation to the adoption of tools like Copilot 365—but also on why most AI projects fail and how to prevent it. Topics will include return on investment, data management, corporate culture changes, security and risks associated with Shadow AI, as well as new regulatory requirements under the EU AI Act and NIS2. Real-world experiences from Czech companies will be shared, including concrete case studies from the e-grocery and industrial sectors. The roundtable will be moderated to connect technological, process, human, and security perspectives, ensuring that the audience leaves not only inspired but also with practical steps on how to implement AI in their company safely, meaningfully, and with tangible benefits.
The roundtable discussion will be moderated by Stanislav Kovář.
