Gradually Building a Transformation Culture: How the Role and Life of Management Will Change

Change is no longer an exceptional project after which organizations return to a stable operating mode. In logistics, manufacturing, and services, it is becoming a permanent part of everyday work. This fundamentally changes the role of management at all levels — shifting from supervision and control toward creating adaptability, trust, employee engagement, and the ability to learn directly within day-to-day operations. The presentation will explain why it is no longer enough to simply teach people how to “survive change,” but why organizations must build a culture in which change is accepted as a normal working environment. It will focus on the role of leaders in dealing with uncertainty, fear of failure, obstacles, and experimentation. From a practical perspective, the session will explore how to gradually develop a transformation-oriented culture where learning, problem-solving, and continuous adaptation become a natural part of both team operations and management practice.
