Barbora Habětínková, ShipMonk

Barbora Habětínková has been working for the last year and a half for the American company ShipMonk, which provides fulfillment services to small and medium-sized e-shops. She currently holds the position of director of global HR operations, where she is responsible for all HR processes, systems, data and analytics throughout the company. From the point of view of the entire HR, she coordinates all non-American localities, which is currently Mexico, Canada, the Czech Republic and a increasing number of other European localities. Prior to ShipMonk, she worked for two and a half years at Rohlik.cz, where she led the HR team responsible for the operations department, i.e., the HR of all Czech warehouses, logistics, supply chain and quality. She came to Rohlík.cz from the HR consulting company Hay Group, where she worked on projects focused primarily on employee remuneration as well as recruitment processes, manager development and employee engagement.
