Gabriela Kahounová, HOPI Holding

Gabriela Kahounová works as an HR Manager at HOPI Holding and has been active in the field of human resources for more than 25 years, primarily in the logistics and manufacturing sectors. She covers the full spectrum of HR, from strategy, compensation, and recruitment to people development, leadership, communication, and negotiations with trade unions. She is a certified coach and mentor and received the HR Personality of the Year award in 2024. Currently, she focuses on the ESG agenda, specifically the “S” pillar – social responsibility and activities supporting women in the workplace. She regularly mentors participants of the Equal Pay Day conference in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
