Jan Kašlík works at Schaeffler Motion Technologies CZ as the Head of Advanced SCM, Transport, and Customs Duty. He joined the company in 2018 as a data analyst and gradually focused on optimizing intralogistics flows and leading a team that designs and implements logistics concepts. In recent years, he has been involved in automating a significant portion of the material flow at the plant, including the implementation of two automated warehouses, autonomous vehicles, and integration with SAP. Since 2025, he has also led the transport and customs department and actively participates in optimization projects related to data and SAP integration.
