Kateřina started her professional career in banking, where she worked in administration, sales promotion and marketing. She joined Ipsos in the spring of 2015, focusing on customer experience and subsequent implementation of outputs in the automotive sector as an account manager.
From April 2017 to the end of last year, she led the CX and customer satisfaction team in retail, luxury and development projects. She is now the head of the Ipsos Training & Coaching department, and she now specializes in training and training programs and other product development in the sector. Currently, she is focused on the topic of digitalization of training and new technologies in this area.
