During her 25 years at CHEP, Marianne Richeux has worked in both business-unit and central-office teams, in various functions such as commerce, strategy & marketing and information systems. She has a wealth of experience in the areas of strategy, operations and programming transformation (process and technology-driven), not to mention with the design and roll-out of CHEP’s new customer portal, which serves 30 countries and 36,000 users. She has been a member of the Extended European sustainability team for four years, and she has taken part in Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and ISO certifications.

She is presently the senior manager of the Zero Waste World Program for Europe. Launched by Brambles and operated by CHEP, this program is a new working collaboration for leading companies in Europe and North America that are committed to creating smarter and more sustainable supply chains. It focuses on cooperation with leading customers to eliminate physical waste, transport waste and process waste.
