Michal Přib, CTP

Michal Přib has been a senior member of the business development team at CTP since 2023. He has over 15 years of experience in real estate and has long specialized in the development of industrial projects. After studying at Kingston University in London, he began his career at Cushman & Wakefield and has been working in industrial development since 2015 with companies like Goodman and GLP. At CTP, he focuses on the Czech market as well as business development in Southeast Asia, particularly in Taiwan, where, as part of the nearshoring trend, he connects the needs of Asian manufacturers with the opportunities offered by the Czech Republic.
