Together with his team, he focuses on ensuring that technology truly supports people and streamlines everyday processes – from optimizing the loading of thousands of containers to deploying AI agents. His goal is to achieve fully data-driven logistics, and he believes that in the future we will not only hire people, but also their specifically trained AI sets.
