Peter Macala, HOPI

Peter Macala has been with HOPI Logistics for 20 years. In the past year, he took on the role of WHS Operations Director, where he is responsible for managing the logistics processes that take place inside HOPI’s buildings, including warehousing, VAS (Value Added Services), and ECOM. HOPI is the largest logistics company in Central Europe, now operating in 8 EU countries and 16 DCs. Each year, their warehouses handle over 13 million pallets and 2 million B2C orders. Peter’s team is also responsible for implementing new partners, where they always aim to offer partners a completely fresh perspective on their future processes.
