René Ščotka, Růžový slon

René Ščotka works as the Head of Warehouse and Dispatch at Růžový slon, one of the leading Czech e-shops specializing in erotic products. The company, based in Havířov, ships orders seven days a week and, in more than fifteen years of operation, has established itself as a leader in its segment with revenues exceeding CZK 200 million. In cooperation with the Commarec and Logisio teams, he successfully led the implementation of a WMS system that significantly streamlined warehouse process management. He gained experience in people management and warehouse systems during his previous role at Škoda Vagonka, where he worked as a Warehouse Supervisor.
