Stanislava Marešová works as an HR Manager at Geis Solutions CZ, where she has been working in HR for the past six years. During her 25-year career in human resources, she has gained experience across various industries, with a key milestone being seven years in the automotive sector, where she expanded beyond HR responsibilities and also managed part of the production operations. Thanks to this experience, she combines an HR perspective with a strong understanding of operational processes and focuses on setting up and improving processes as well as increasing work efficiency. She believes that prejudice undermines sound judgment and helps managers find better ways to connect with people while achieving stronger results.
