Viktorie Malsagova, Mars

Ing. Viktorie Malsagova, MBA has been working at Mars since 2019 and she currently hold the position of logistics manager for the Central European region. She has devoted her entire professional career to the field of supply chain. She also gained experience at Heineken, both in the Czech Republic and in Greece. As part of her management approach, she emphasizes education, equal opportunities, and talent development. Viktoria graduated from the Czech Technical University and the University of Economics, both focused on management and economics in the field of logistics. Last year, she received an MBA in strategic management.
