Stanislav Kovář has long been active in the fields of supply chain management, logistics, warehousing, production planning, and process digitalization. Over more than twenty years, he has worked across providers, consulting firms, and international companies. He has dealt with warehouses, inventory, transportation, planning, teams, suppliers, ERP projects, and process transformation initiatives. In addition to his managerial experience, he lectures and consults on logistics topics at Log Partners s.r.o.. When mapping processes and conducting analyses, he enjoys identifying the points where reality diverges from established procedures — because that is often where the greatest opportunities for improvement emerge. In recent years, he has also focused on digitalization, data, and the practical application of AI in logistics — not from the perspective of a technology guru, but from the viewpoint of someone asking: “Where will this genuinely help us in real operations?” At EASTLOG, he will moderate a roundtable discussion focused on AI. His goal will be to keep the discussion clear, practical, and closely connected to the everyday reality of companies that do not want to merely talk about the future, but are looking for concrete steps on how to start using AI effectively and sensibly — from defining the problem and taking a process-oriented perspective to practical applications in everyday work.
