Dalibor Pátek works at Rohlik Group, where he leads innovation teams across operations, automation, supply chain, and commercial departments. He focuses on connecting product management, logistics, robotics, and AI to build a scalable, data-driven operating model for modern e-grocery. He has over ten years of experience in supply chain optimization, fulfillment, and last-mile logistics. In the past, he has worked for companies such as TotalEnergies and Glencore Agriculture. At Rohlik, he has contributed to the development of automated warehouse solutions, the implementation of AI and predictive operations management, and the building of product and process teams that support daily operations. He also serves as an external lecturer at the University of Chemistry and Technology (VŠCHT) with a focus on Strategic Management.
