Head of Pre-Series Logistics
Ing. Iliyan Ivanov, MBA, is currently the Head of Pre-Series Logistics at Škoda Auto. He has worked for this company for almost 25 years, of which 15 years has been in logistics. For three years, he was responsible for logistics at Volkswagen’s new automatic transmission plant in Tianjin, China. Pre-series logistics at Škoda Auto provides components for the construction of new ŠKODA models in the pre-series production phase. At the same time, Iliyan Ivanov’s team cooperates with suppliers regarding their readiness for a robust flow of deliveries after the launch of the new model into the series (the so-called Readiness program).
