Jan Bouda

Jan Bouda has long focused on improving process efficiency, automation, and the development of people in manufacturing and logistics companies. He gained experience in specialized production environments as well as at DB Schenker, where he worked as an Industrial Engineer. Today, he helps companies with the practical implementation of artificial intelligence in the corporate environment. As part of the BADIS AI project, he collaborates on the comprehensive introduction of AI across companies from various industries – from mapping potential and developing AI transformation strategies to building AI champion teams, training them, and creating automations. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, an MBA, and an MSc, and has over ten years of experience in companies in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Denmark.
