He has been with Unilever with a short break since 2000. From 2008-2010, he worked at Philips Consumer Lifestyle, a Supply Chain Manger for Central and Eastern Europe. Today, he holds the position of Supply Chain Director CR & SROV. His main responsibilities include planning, customer care, logistics, local quality assurance, safety, and environmental care. Pavel Hampejs also serves as a member of the Ekokom Supervisory Board, a member of the Board of Directors of Envipak (Slovakia) and a member of the ECR CR & SROV presidium.
