Petr Neděla, Cushman & Wakefield

Since 2023, Petr Neděla has been the head of industrial project development in the Prague office of Cushman & Wakefield, where he has been working since 2016. Petr has extensive previous experience in investment construction, development, and facility management in companies such as AHI Development, Skanska CZ, and Skanska Facility, in which he held the position of company director. Petr’s professional destiny is development and project management. He can apply the acquired experience and knowledge in solving complex and complicated projects. In his portfolio of managed and completed buildings can be found brownfield production halls reconstructed during operation, greenfield halls developed and built, or warehouses reconstructed without the interruption of logistics operations. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague in 1984 and earned his MBA from the Prague International Business School in 2011.
