Tomáš Kubica, ŠKODA AUTO

Tomáš Kubica has been working for the ŠKODA brand for 16 years. He has held managerial positions in the area of production and logistics since 2012. His first experience in the logistics of ŠKODA AUTO was in the area of expeditions to foreign plants in the CKD Center. Subsequently, he held the position of head of packaging planning. In 2015, he took over the management of the brand’s operational logistics with responsibility, for example, for handling technology management projects for logistics operations in production plants in the Czech Republic. In 2018, he took over responsibility for the internal logistics of the Mladá Boleslav I plant in order to ensure the launch of the Octavia and Enyaq models. Since 2021 he has been the head of logistics planning with responsibility for planning in all the company’s plants in the Czech Republic and abroad.
