Tomáš Kubza, PENNY

Tomáš Kubza has had a long career in the logistics of retail chains and team management. From 2015 to the present, he has been the head of the logistics department at the PENNY retail chain, where he leads the logistics team of one national and four regional distribution centers. From September 2010 to October 2015, he worked at Rossmann Czech Republic, again in logistics and partly in store operations. Until 2010, he worked at Tesco Stores, first in middle management positions in the sales department, then from 2006 to 2010 as DC director of Tesco CR and in 2010 also as regional distribution operations manager. He graduated from the University of Hradec Králové.
