Vojtěch Peřka is an expert in the field of real estate, in which he has been active for nine years. For the past six years, he has been working as a business developer at CTP, which is the largest developer of industrial-logistics parks in the Czech Republic and continental Europe. His focus in the company is the region of North and Central Moravia, where he also received professional education in the field of geography and regional development at the University of Ostrava. Vojtěch Peřka started his professional career in the real estate sector at the CzechInvest agency, where he was mainly responsible for market research and development and worked there in the position of regional project manager.
